Microsoft will be shipping out the Xbox One X on Nov. 9 at $499 worldwide with the ability to produce true 4K visuals, along with 4K UHD blue ray playback. The consoles hardware makes it the most powerful console on the market with a 6 teraflop GPU clocked at 1.172 ghz, 12 GB of GDDR5 memory and 326GB of memory bandwidth, putting it above Sony’s Playstation 4 Pro. It will also allow all original Xbox One games and accessories to work with the new console. Even without a 4K TV, the Xbox One X will allow the graphics to be the best quality possible on that TV with super sampling. Microsoft also announced 41 new game titles that will be playable in 4K at release, along with updates to previous releases like Gears of War 4 that will allow for true 4K visuals.

Battlefront II

Electronic Arts Inc. announced their second installment in the Battlefront series, Star Wars Battlefront II. The game now allows players to go through all the Star Wars sagas from Episode I to Episode VII. This means that fans can now take part in battles during the Clone Wars era and beyond. EA said this change gives the game more than triple the content than the previous entry, even bringing back the fan- favorite space battles. John Boyega, who plays Fin in the new films, was introduced to fans and said there will be free content every season, starting with the release of his character as a playable hero. EA also announced the first major content expansion. It will follow the Star Wars: The Last Jedi theme and is scheduled to release in December.
